Had a few niggling recurring problems with my 2013 Range Rover Sport. Especially “suspension error” which kept appearing, the breaks squealing, rear and front control arms, low AC cooling, loud engine noise at cold start, lag when accelerating, faulty fuel injector etc… got all of this fixed and a complete interior detailing. All of this was fixed for a very reasonable price with OEM parts. So far, I am satisfied with the work that’s been done and hope to see that the recurring problems have been permanently sorted. Happy to recommend these guys. They did the diagnostics and did not quote anything unnecessary or hilight any non existent issues simply to inflate the estimate. The team was quite proactive and kept me updated on the work status and were honest in asking for some extra time to ensure that a thorough QC was done. � � � � � Having lived in Dubai for over 35 years and used authorised service centres including Mercedes, Jaguar, Nissan, Mazda, Toyota and Volkswagen, I can honestly say that GearHouse has provided the best automotive service experience I've had in Dubai. The workshop is exceptionally spacious, clean and professionally organised. I was also fascinated by the collection of antique cars owned by Rajesh. It immediately became clear that the attention to detail and customer care stem from genuine passion rather than simply running a business. What impressed me most was the focus on the small details. Over the years, I have repeatedly told major service centres that after working on a vehicle they often switch off the automatic headlights and forget to restore them. Surprisingly, none ever acted on that feedback. GearHouse returned my car with the lights correctly set back to Auto without me saying a word. It may sound minor, but in Dubai's well-lit streets it's easy not to realise your headlights are off. To me, that's the difference between servicing a car and genuinely caring for it. The team was equally meticulous elsewhere. Despite the dusty access road, my tyres were cleaned before handover, showing pride in their work. A special mention to Omar, who kept me updated throughout, clearly explained the digital estimate and never once sounded pushy. He was knowledgeable, professional and made me feel confident I was making the right decisions. The work included replacement of front and rear brake pads, engine belt replacement and front brake disc skimming. The digital estimate and approval process was excellent, allowing me to review and selectively approve items online, something I have not experienced even at many authorised dealerships. The final cost was also significantly lower than the dealer's quotation. Although GearHouse offers pick-up and drop-off through Zofeur, I enjoyed driving there myself. Being open on Saturdays and Sundays is another major advantage. The best compliment I can give GearHouse is that they noticed and corrected things I didn't ask for. For the first time in many years, I left a workshop feeling that my car had been cared for with the same attention I would have given it myself.
